"Montrece served as Chamberlain University's 2021 Commencement Speaker. She was absolutely flawless and my colleagues and I were incredibly proud and impressed. She did an amazing job of representing Public Health and the Health Care Profession and eloquently spoke about controversial issues such as gender, health and racial inequities. Her speech was incredibly inspirational."

Her ability to clearly communicate complex ideas while inspiring others helps distinguish her as an exceptional speaker."

"I recommend Montrece's talk, Dying to Belong. She dives into the overlap of health equity and policy. She's very engaging and presents a clear case for the use of her S.P.A.R.K. Model to promote belonging in our organizations.

"Montrece was a breath of fresh air from start to finish. She wowed our audience at the Southwest Administrative Professional Conference with her energy and message. Her unique presentation of belonging as an outcome of self-care during these most challenging times truly resonated with our audience. I have hired Montrece twice in the last year. One was a virtual event and the other was an in-person event. At both events - she knocked it out of the ballpark. She was fun, inspirational and full of wisdom. As an event planner, she is easy to work with. If you want your audience to play big in the world, I highly recommend Montrece!"

Aliana Apodaca, CEO, Positive Directions Co., El Paso, TX

"Montrece has mastered her gift to deliver a dynamic message that motivates the audience to move from awareness to action. She set the virtual stage on fire as the keynote speaker for the Association for State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO) annual Health Equity Summit—Action with Intention! Montrece delivered a presentation that captivated a national audience of over 700 public health practitioners with her powerful message, 'Equity Policy Ensured through Belonging.' Montrece offers a unique and valuable blend as an expert in law, public health and belonging making her a powerhouse! She has the ability to apply her expertise in Communications and her first-hand personal experiences to advocate for health equity. Overall, Montrece was the highlight and did a superb job of setting the tone for the entire summit as setting up the impressive lineup of speakers and thought leaders who discussed opportunities to redesign public health infrastructure and examine the public health financing system. I highly recommend Montrece as a speaker who will captivate the audience with her authentic presentation style that inspires the audience to put public health into action!"
